Metal Gear Solid	I tried to get that combo to work but i couldn't, Liquid just kept 'flashing' after the first or second hit. I guess it takes a few practice sessions. Does it make any difference if it's PAL or NTSC etc?

It's not anything particular that Liquid does apart from stand there (since he is being hit). I'd doubt that there'd be a difference in versions (although still i can't be completely sure). Metal Gear Solid	I think you're right, i just need to practice it a bit. i doubt it was an autofire controller as that would complete the punch-punch-kick combo wouldn't it? Maybe he (liquid) has to be nearly falling off the edge, tho i got him there a few times and still couldn't get it to work. Ahh well i'll get it eventually......Even tho i can beat him in the time limit anyway. Did you notice that it was the guys second attempt anyway? You only get 2 mins 30 secs the first try. You get 3 mins on the second try.

There is a difference. It's much harder to do it on NTSC because it is faster than it is to do on PAL because it is much slower. (PAL = 50 Hz, NTSC = 60 Hz)

Metal Gear Solid	A game doesn't play much faster because of the framerate of the input signal as long as the conversion is done right, unless it's a really old, old skool machine and TV....Otherwise playing games on a HD TV would be super speed...100 Htz+ It's just a matter of not completing the three hit combo, and yet starting the next two punches of the combo quickly enough so Liquid can't recover. Not easy, but possible with practice.
