these kind of games are great. it tells you a "fictional" story of evil corruption n such..but if you read back on the Rockefeller's ( the patriots ), war ( civil and cold war and more than likely all wars from there on). and organized crime ( racist groups, the mob etc. tho not as many refrences to these as there are to the Rockefeller family ). thats what this game is telling a story of..snake is just a character that you play...the real story is the real life hidden agendas. gotta love it
anyways i just FINALLY beat the game...so im going through it again.

but the true point of this post is
1)where the heck do i find an unlock guide for all badges? looked for one..found one but it was a big cluster wall of text and was wrong half the time
2)how do you get the cyborg mask with visor closed

1. These are some good guides...

http://www.video-game-forums.com/metal-gear-solid-4/65463-mgs4-guide.html
http://boardsus.playstation.com/playstation/board/message?board.id=mgs&message.id=368558
http://guides.ign.com/guides/714044/page_6.html
http://free1.cheatcc.com/ps3/metalgearsolid4gunsofthepatriotscheatscodes.html

Most of them are describing the same things but at least they are accurate. They reveal all the unlockables and how to get them but they also include an emblem guide.

2. Shock Naomi using the Mk.II during the mission briefing of Act III.

Clearly Kojima wanted to focus on Snake in the final game of the MGS series. We were able to play as Raiden in MGS2 cause back then Kojima wanted to make us see Snake from another perspective and respect a little bit more his character.

When we were able to see Snake from another point of view we saw that he was indeed the legendary hero everyone's been talking about and how "professional" and macho was at was he was doing.

Kojima granted his purpose and Raiden played his part in MGS2. There was no need for more Raiden in MGS4.
Everybody wanted to play as Raiden in MGS4 because he is a ninja. Apparently they liked what they saw in MGS2 when we were able to play with a HF Blade and massacre the Arsenal's Tengu soldiers. If someone wants to play with blades play Substance and don't complain about why we weren't able to play as Raiden in MGS4.

wasnt a complaint at all. what i was saying is that before it came out was lots of talk and threads suposedly pointing out there was a raiden story to it...kine of like in some of the early games its not the main storyline part of the game more like a smaller 20 min-1 hour chapter after the main story is beaten n whatever. actually there was a guy at gamestop pretty much saying it was confirmed. several sposed to be reliable websites n such also said it was maybe going to come on a second disc or something.

the ninja part of raiden really isnt what i liked about him, it was more how he was like a younger snake. the cyborg ninja thing was a bit freakish really would have been overly to easy to kill anyone and anything, might have been great to have a small story to play of the events that lead up to the big entrance he made in MGS4. well that and i have an addiction to swords and knives.

neways. i did get the mask, collection complete finally. thanks for the help and the lil chat.

I wasn't referring directly to you or no one specific. I am just pointing out.
But I agree with you on the Raiden-ninja thing.

Anyways... glad I could help. You're welcome.
