 Opening Videos, TV Spots, Cutscenes, Codec Sequences, Briefings Five months after recording and posting the MGS4 cutscenes on DVD quality, it's finally time to post the HD (High Definition) ones too. Out on the web I've seen numerous sites/blogs/posts that everybody's looking for the Metal Gear Solid 4 cutscenes on HD quality. Since they are so "wanted" I figured out it could be a nice addition to our forum. I'm sure many members in here were looking for them too. All cutscenes are included, all codec sequences, all briefings, the TV spots before the start of the game and the "Start" menu video. All cutscenes have English subtitles but no flashbacks were viewed. Quality Information: Sample Image

Took me quite a while. But The Making Of video was quite interesting. Luckily, it's in .wmv format as well. Thanks so much !! People check that video out, it's like an hour and 36 minutes long, and it covers all games not 100% but they cover a lot of how it's all done. |

My favorite part in The Making Of video has to be Patric Zimmerman. Ocelot's actor. Around 1:03:44 you see him at work. REH VOLVA OCELOT ahahah amazing. The voicing in MGS1 was weird, it was muffled wasn't it ?? I'm kinda surprised it was David Hayter all along. The step up from MGS1 to 2 in his voice was incredible, amazing |

Sorry, but I'm really confused. Why are these HD versions smaller filesizes than those on the DVD quality thread? Shouldn't it be the other way around? Sorry, but I'm just curious about this. |

*EDIT* Im going to try using VLC to trancode to WAV files, and then just make those into AAC in iTunes. Wish me luck!*Edit* Is there any good way to extract audio from .mkv files on a Mac? I downloaded one program and it TOTALLY screwed up my computer, it was from a trusted company website, and yet after I restarted my Mac couldnt boot! I was almost in tears, my beautiful computer, bricked by this audio program! I managed to restore from a Time Machine backup, lucky! I'd really like to listen to the MGS4 audio, I have the full game audio from MGS (thanks Rob) and MGS2 (Thanks Rob!) as well as most from MGS3, extracted from youtube videos! I have a very quick and easy ways to extract saved youtube .flvs to mp3, it takes SECONDS for each file. I did find a weird program that extracted the audio (forget the format) from the .mkv file, it could see the .mp4 inside and the audio file, perhaps its AC3 or whatever, it made an "ac3" file. I have no idea how to convert that to AAC, iTunes wont play AC3? Any help would be really great! I love listening to MGS audio while I work. Best wishes guys, thank you to everyone who helps put up MGS resources

Only Premium Users can download more than one files at a time. After you download a file turn off and then back on your router. That will reset your IP and let you download the next file instantly without waiting. Works most of the times. I just tested them and they all work fine. |

the files were opening before but when i reached ACT3 Prt 18 the files stoped opening. |

Thanks alot! The PS3 doesn't support .mkv format, but I have a converter so I can play it on the PS3. It'll take a while, but it's worth it! Thanks alot. |
