Highest level I ever got was 12.

Now I try to be a sniper, so that never really gets me many kills, and I end up back at level 10

Don't do it.
Sniping is useful for very few maps and even less gamemodes.
Concentrate on the use of ARs and/or SMGs.

I guess the higher the better is the best. I've been stuck on level 6 for about two months now (playing on and off) and it's pissing me off. I'd like to reach 7 one day.

I'd always like to be a higher level.

So far, I guess, I like 14 the best. Simply because I was ultra surprised when I got it and I thought it was so cool! I'm happy with a 13 though (which is what I am now). I think a 13 is a pretty cool # to see next to an MGO name.

The highest I have been is 15, but it is a lo of pressure when not in survival because you barely ever find games that high and have to constantly level 12s and 13s. I'm comfortable with 14.

Idk why. But when I'm playing TDM, I have more trouble with players 11-13 than I do with 14-18. Maybe it's boosters. Or maybe it's just a mental thing.

It's a bit of both. Also half of them are ALTS... Konami needs to sort it out.

The best way to sort out the ALT problem is that if you are in a game with them you will get the exp you would get had you played their main character. (eg. Playing against ALT lvl 3 would get you the same EXP as playing against the persons main lvl 15)

Not sure because then it would be very hard to level up a new character.

You should get normal XP with your alt but the enemy should get what they would against your main.

Problem there could be if two people were sharing a PS3 and each had their own character.

Yeah that sounds really good. I have three characters and one is my brothers, he is awful. About a level 3 at most... And I'm a level 14/15 so it could be a problem.
