Should I pick them up? Does it offer anything new or interesting? Is the art style good? Or is it just a pointless retelling of a game I already own?
To lazy to think of something clever.

They're pretty interesting and searching for the emblems takes up a lot of time. But you should just pick up the original comics, it's much better in it's original form. If severely deviant from the canon story, for example Sold Snake kills Solidus Snake.

I think he was talking about the 1st DGN... The DGN of MGS2 is called Bande Dessinée, and it's a lot rarer than the 1st DGN.

I think they're both good additions if you're a collector, but like Helikaon aid, get the original comics, they're way better

Maybe, but I took that to mean both of them.

But yeah they're both good additions to any collection, but the comics are much better,
