I finally got tech level 99, and most of the hidden characters in the game, also I have 83 level on medic unit, so I can get Elisa, after I beat the game, I've been reading lots of walkthroughs about this, and they all say U cannot have Elisa and Ursual in the same game, but Portable Ops Plus has a table where you can see if you all all kind of soldiers, so you should have Elisa and Ursual in the same game, is there any way I can get them both? thanks in advanced!!! |

You can only have one of them. If you want to have Ursula, you'll have to discharge Elisa.

Really? No other way? I've read something about beating Boss Rush Mode on Plus, would give you the other (Elisa/Ursula) to have both? is that true? thanks! |

Fairly sure on MPO you can have only one, and to get the other twin you have to discharge the current one. But on MPO+ you can either beat Boss Rush OR find them randomly during infinity mission, might be extreme only.

Yeah, on PO you can only have one. On PO+ you can get the other by beating boss rush mode. |

Unless you hack it, you can only have one. Wouldn't recommend it.
