A Jackal ate my baby!!!!!
|
Hey, I just wanted to make a topic where people could ask the questions that just aren't important enough to make a thread for. Little questions, but also big ones. Feel free to answer one of the questions, and leave your own question in the progress. This is not a spamming thread, so please keep your questions limited... My first question.... Soup, do you eat, or drink it? *looks at my mug of soup while sipping it* |

Well the way how my family makes it there is alot of things in the soup like provisions, (We call it this, includes green banana's, Plantains, edo's, sweet potato, Casava/Yuca/whatever, Dumplings, small pieces of beef, noodles, Dhal, etc) Basically my home country's take on soup is put as much good tasting things inside as possible so yeah I have to chew mine. ![]() My question is Do you folks walk around your house with shoes on or off? Alot of my friends seem to keep there shoes on when I go to their house and I don't understand why. Edited by sadistic_greyfox, Nov 8 2009, 08:44:58 AM.

@Sad: The minute I walk into the house, the shoes go off. I prefer to walk on bare feet or on those warm home-socks.... @Mr. Foxhound: The only 'fancy' coffee I like is cappuchino... Forgot my question ![]() Why the platypus? Edited by Metal_Girl_Solid, Nov 6 2009, 11:01:15 PM.

@Soup: Depends what soup and manufacturer. Like, I would drink 'cup a soup' but I would most likely eat Heinz soup. @Shoes round the house: Don't have a preference, sometimes I wear shoes, sometimes I don't. @Coffee: Don't drink it. @Curry or Kebab on Fridays: Pff, its all about the fish 'n' chips. @Uni: Yes I do, I go to uni. |

I believe the answer is that drugs are legal in Amsterdam, but not Holland. The only two drugs that are illegal in Amsterdam are Alcohol and tobacco- being the most addictive. In the end, it's illegal(sort of) in Amsterdam as well- and you could be arrested for selling small amounts. It's very complicated. It comes down to the law just chooses not to enforce it as much. Also, the drug problems in Holland compared to United States fails in comparison. My question is- have you ever felt different from other people. As in, you look at things in such an odd way, that your friends-family or significant other wouldn't understand you or your "train of thought?" Have you ever had that feeling? In a way it could be perceived as a cocky attitude. I ask this because lately I've been finding myself thinking this, and it comes randomly- from eating lunch to socializing with friends. Alcohol and tobacco are completely legal here. And when police catches you on using drugs, or finding drugs on you, you just get a warning. And it's legal troughout all of Holland. (we're talking about soft-drugs like weed, not heroin or the likes) I wonder where the hell you got your answer from |

Well- that's where the "I believe" part of my answer comes from. Meaning, I don't know for sure. However, I know that soft-drugs are legal in Holland, to a point. There's strict rules that apply with soft-drug possession and a set limit of how much can be carried on a person. Also, if you live in Any Netherland province, I'll admit you may have more knowledge with this topic-but when you say the cops will give a warning, that comes back to what I was saying "that it's tolerated, not completely legal." Why would they need to warn you if it's 100% legal. That's like a cop giving me a warning about a tobacco possession-though I can smoke cigarettes, and it's 100% legal. |

I'd say cat when they are kittens, after they grow up their just no fun all they do it eat sleep and lie on you . But overall dogs an active dog is more fun than a cat anyday of the week. |

Yes, often i have felt that way myself and sometimes i don't know how to feel about it.EDIT:no one?..hmm..i was thinking about starting a thread with this game..would anyone play?i wanted to ask before i started it to see. Has anyone ever played the movie game? it's where someone says a title of a movie and the next person has to pick the name of a movie that starts with the last letter of the previous movie..it's a fun game to play while your on a long road trip somewhere...and it gets pretty challenging ..esp when the same damn letter keeps coming up...and it's heller addictive...i can hardly stop playing once i'm in the thick of it.
