Big boss; how?

 Hello!
I realy wonder how to get the big boss or the the boss emblem in metal gear online. I know a man get big boss and a woman the boss but how do you get this rank?
Metal gears I finished:
Metal gear (original)
Metal gear 2 Solid Snake (original)
Metal gear Solid (normal)
Metal gear Solid Special Missions (100% without any guide)
Metal gear Solid 2 (hard)
Metal gear Solid 3 (hard)
Metal gear Solid 4 (big boss emblem time: 2 hours 57 minutes 12 seconds, without the save trick in Europe)
Metal gear Acid (normal)
Metal gear Acid 2 (normal)
Metal gear Solid portable ops (hard)
Metal gear Solid portable ops + (extreme)
Metal gear Solid Peace Walker

and i read the metal gear novel

 i thought the Boss/Big Boss emblem was the random emblem that is randomly chosen so that you get the patriot.

 ok my bad, does anyone have a picture of it? i play almost everyday and i havnt heard of it in MGO, just in MGS4 single player.

Take a look at the rankings part of that picture.
Big Boss is in the last row, next to the Tsuchinoko, and next to him (the flower), is The Boss, which is what Female Soldiers get while male soldiers obtain Big Boss rank.
I have yet to see them in-game, but I have seen them on people's stats.

 i heard that you have to win a tourny while beein fox hound to get this emblem for a week but i think that's not true

 No, its just higher stat requirements than Fox Hound. If you go to the leaderboards and look through the highest players you will find someone with the Big Boss emblem either as current or in their history.

 you boost XD theres no such thing as a legit big boss or a legit anything over hound for that matter. Theres only a few legit hounds

 dude theres NO way. The kdr you need is easy but the win ratio you need to have in the various gametypes is ridiculous. you would have to get an absoluty dominating team together to make it happen

 Yeah maybe so.
But you have to remember. The people with the Doberman rank, are usually the ones that play with their clan a lot. In freebattle and survival and tournament, and they're obviously a part of a very good clan.
So, it's not impossible. You just need to have the right layout so to speak.

 i am actually close to getting a legit hound rank. i just have to get about 30-40 more wins and i believe i will have it, my overall KDR is already above hound rank its just the win ratio that is a pain, right now im at 46% win ratio and im getting it higher.

 I would have to get better than average at running n gunning before i attempted this shit. My character was built on sniping so my AR abilities are somewhat lacking. Trying to run n gun is what ruined my kdr

 I've seen a few people with the Big Boss rank in game, but I've never seen The Boss rank in-game or in anyone's stats before. Either way, I'd highly doubt that any of them are legit, though I do believe they have to win a tournament to earn the rank so if that's true they must be at least a decent player.

 Ive seen someone with big boss but he didnt get it legit. solid jesus is a good legit player but he had big boss at level 16
