I know that sounds weird, but bear with me. Those hind legs like like a dogs, and they always have been, even with rex and ray. But there are two more identical front legs. They are the same length. They are not only folded up, but there is a light grey hinge that is holding them closer to the side, so they dont get in the way for the bipedal walking. the "head", the orange part, has hinges so it could possibly stick out further like a dog's head. There are two thin metal things that might be it's ears. I realize this is crazy, but they are often themed after animals. Plus bipedal-ness is hard, and if they have to look retro-ish then 4 legs would be the way to go. ————————————————————————————— Or this theory is crazy, and the front half breaks off for a second stage like the shagohad, in order to dump the heavy launcher. |

I'm sorry, it sounds like you've taken a lot of time to explain this, but I've still no idea what you're getting at I mean, you're saying it looks like a dog...is that significant at all? I'm not seeing it...the dog or the point - Van Edited by Vandelay, Apr 9 2010, 08:48:34 PM.

yeah, I see it, looks like he has his front close to the ground, tongue out and tail wagging, waiting for you to throw a ball. Like this: http://deepfriar.files.wordpress.com/2009/02/tipperball_6.jpg But I wouldn't have thought it if you hadn't pointed it out, it's a bit forced.... |

I realize that the idea is hard to be taken seriously. I did a 10 min photoshop withb autoshapes to illustrate my point. http://i43.tinypic.com/91jrtk.png ![]() No, the legs unfold. You can even see the flat peice of metal that will act as the "foot" on the folded front legs. Especially since its just about identical to the rear ones. ![]() I was pointing it out to see if this was already mentioned, and to see what other people thought about the new metal gear(s). Because this is the metal gear forum. |

That Legged MG is Peace Walker. It can also stand very very tall. My point is: What? |
