It's not a problem. When it comes to strength training you should try lifting 10-15 pound dumbbells with a good amount of reps of about 4 sets. Keep doing this for about a month and then increase the pounds by a little. After each month you should be increasing it little by little. Be sure to get a good amount of protein in order to build the muscle. You won't get stronger if you just workout with no good nutrition and lay around. |

I'm also very weak since I can't lift something that's 20 pounds or more.
Hoping though to get tough and get some muscle especially on my arms.
