Yeah, you read it right. Kojima just tweeted this little gem.
"I brought back a character I killed before. Kind of cool."
Anyone else think Grey Fox might just be getting his own game in the near future? :)

Ugh. What is the point in Kojima's characters even dying these days? It was a big twist until it started happening in every single game.

I mean we don't technically know it's Metal Gear related. But..lol, I mean it's almost a given. But there's a few questions. There's been a lot of dead characters... and is doing a prequel considered bringing them back? I'm thinking Grey Fox, The Boss or Liquid might be getting their own spin off game.

True it could be another series we won't know for sure til it's confirm.I would be alright with any of those three choices. :) Do you know when Kojima tweeted that? :)

It could be talking about a prequel, which would be ok for me, but the way it's phrased (although I realise it's probably a translation of what he actually said) definitely suggests dead guy lives again. And whether or not it's metal gear is irrelevant to me. Kojima needs to learn to keep dead characters dead.

Yeah that's what I thought too at first but who knows this is Hideo we're talking about.I can see a prequel to MG with Grey Fox which would make me very happy.

I wouldn't be surprised if it was Gray Fox. Or possibly Olga if he's talking about bringing them back from the dead. You can probably tell I'm leaning towards ninja characters here...

That's what is bother me. It might be over thinking it, but he makes it sound like something he has not done before. And well, we already have prequel with earlier versions of dead characters in them. So is this something different or just that he's excited to work on a new project with a dead character he had no plans with before. damn...fuck, I should freeze myself till E3.

I think that would be interesting if they brought Olga back for Sunny especially seeing Sunny's reaction to her mom being alive.

I can't counter that. haha That would totally destroy Sunny avenging her death in mgs4 if she were to come back. at least with big boss still being alive, it made some sense with what ocelot's true intentions were

I can, if I wish, plan and execute a murder. But that's just not convenient/polite, so I'll murder people in a game like Hitman instead.

I read that the other day. I hope that if this is true it's about The Boss. I think what Kojima did with her backstory in PW was absolutely breathtaking with the audio tapes. It made me want to know even more about her. If we got her story with The Sorrow or even before then, I'd be so down for that.

Right now it's a mystery for us Kojima will most likely confirm who it is at either E3 or TGS.
