So I recently got a Bulgarian semi-auto AK-74. I'm in love. |

Yeah, not to brag but Dad always told me how the Bulgarian made AK is the sturdiest and can hold out the most and how we pretty much made the best ones. I personally dislike the AK. I prefer the M4 or M16, but my love is most definitely the M60 Light Machine Gun. Anyone here got or know about the Desert Eagle and/or the Glock 18c? |

Yes, the Bulgarian-made AK's are the best since the Russian ones. My uncle has a Glock 18c. The thing can waste a whole clip in the blink of an eye. My grandmother (Yes, you read that correctly.) got an original DE the very year it came out. She's a bit of a gun nut as well. Recently gave me the most-prized family heirloom: My great-great uncle's 1911 that he used in WWI. |

No you didn't, you're 13. @Whoever said it DE has a massive round, the. 50 Action Express, and unless you're experienced WITG high caliber handguns, a deagle is just gonna Fuck up your wrists. it also weighs a tonne, I've never really "felt" it, something like a USP feels like an extension of my body, but a deagle is like carrying a dumbells around. Also, I don't know where you got the Idea Bulgarians/Romanians make bad guns, they're starting to make some of the best guns. |

Well, no, I suppose it's my dad that really owns it, but it's not like he uses it. I'm the only one in my immediate family that really uses guns, unless you count my older brother, but he's not using our guns. |

I recently fired one of these at a firing range in Toronto. The weight of the thing is downright intimidating, and sure enough three rounds and I was done. The kickback was literally a shock seeing as I was expecting something more similar to the recoil of a shotgun. Definitely not something I could ever get used to. |

I prefer a .40 S&W, but a .45 ACP is about as big as I'd go as far as an every day carry pistol. My dad has a real deal Colt 1911 Government Special. It was my grandfathers, hopefully one day I'll have it. |

never fired a Deagle before, fondled one plenty though they're very heavy guns but i'd prefer a muzzle break on them if i were going to have one. weight alone can't do much to mitigate recoil unfortunately. |

I once handled an S&W .500, but didn't really feel like having my wrist break. It was lighter than the Deagle, and it was overall more comfortable, but the Desert Eagle still has quite the pimp-like feel to it. |

the 500 is heavier than the Deagle by half a pound and some change still your talkin about a 4 and a half pound gun and a 5 pound gun. damn things are heavy regardless. |

so first step, you buy one of these. https://www.apexgunparts.com/product_info.php/cPath/137/products_id/132 it's very important that it's steel and 26.5mm... now you buy yourself one of these... http://www.cheaperthandirt.com/product/ZWA-622 and you have a gun that doesn't have to be registered, requires no back ground check and has no serial numbers on it what so ever. scary. |

A $150 pistol that's virtually untraceable and can legally hold .45 rounds? Stricter gun laws they said. How many states is that actually legal in, do you know? |

note that they are all legal on a federal level. the only states in which they seem to be illegal is California, New Jersey, New York, Illinois and Washington DC. |
