As the title says, new screenshots from the BM developers!  In case you didn't know, Black Mesa is a fan-made mod for any source game (Team Fortress 2, Half Life 2, etc) that has been in development since the dawn of time (2004). Hnnnng my ass. They've been releasing screenshots like every year of their 50 year long development of what is basically an HD texture pack with new sounds. It was cool when it first started showing up, and even for awhile after that, but after so many years, there isn't really anything impressive about it. The same idea could have been executed as an HL2 map pack in a matter of months. |

Yeah I second Mal, I mean don't get me wrong I would probably pick it up when it releases, if it ever does, but until then I don't really care anymore. |

Ah, didn't realise that they were releasing screenshots yearly. Before the most recent ones were shown I had lost hope in the mod. So I guess a 2012 release isn't likely after all. Edited by Yamatsu, Jun 16 2012, 02:50 AM.

Didn't they "finish" it a while ago now, but decide it wasn't of the standard that they had started with, lol? So they're redoing like half the game or something? I read that I'm pretty sure. |
