I hope there is a mission that has Snake stranded and he has to hide in the Jungle and take guards out through unconventional means.
Like setting traps and stuff and spying on guys from the treetops like a Predator.

So much cool and weird shit can happen if we sneak in to Area 51...really wish they would've kept that original Metal Gear Rising story

Would be a nice call back to the setting of MGS3.

I'd like a 'behind enemy lines' type of thing for a jungle setting, where a large number of soldiers are bearing down on you and your only hope/objective is evasion. Dogs are after you, and tanks, and a large number of guys on foot. Perhaps its possible of eluding them using more traditional means, but its better to just book it through the jungle (you have an objective you need to get to quickly anyways). That would be better than the typical 'on rails vehicle chase scene' we typically get near the end of MGS games.

Three cuts a broken rib many many bruises and my friend loseing ten bucks.

We were wearing chainmail and other protective gear. Plus I think you are thinking of the wrong sword when you hear Broadsword in reality a Broadsword was a Knights equivilant to the Katana. A Longsword was the Knights larger sword.
Hahahaha well I figured there were some injuries but I'll trust ya on the sword thing since I'm no sword expert haha I just see a sharp metal stick and I say "Oooo its so cool and shiny"

Snake, history will never know what she did. No one will ever learn the truth. Her story, her debriefing... will endure only in your heart. Everything she did, she did for her country. She sacrificed her life and her honor for her native land. She was a real hero. She was a true patriot. - EVA

I want color, that's one thing I like about GZ, there's nice vibrant colors in Camp Omega. Drab, and muted tones
is so last gen in terms of design.

What about Noah's idea of fighting a Judo master in a Dojo in which there is only one rule - kill or be killed - ?

I want something diferent in terms of locations. Desert only is awful, im really bored of the last mgs settings, to barren imo:
MGS3=Jungle
PO=Mountains
PW=Jungle + Mountains
MGSV= Jungle + Desert

I really hope in the next mgs the come back of high tech facilities, and Act3 of MGS4 showed that Kojima can do cool urban settings

Deserts and rain forests/jungles is what I'd like to see. Something where weather effects could have a big impact on gameplay. Heavy rain and fog/haze for the jungle and of course the sandstorms for the desert/afghan level.

Lol, Act 3 was the worst act in MGS4. Following that dude around was terribly boring, and the city uninteresting.

Every level should be at night and rainy because it will always look good even with PS2 Graphics lol

On a serious note, i would like to see deserts, jungles as everyone mentioned here.

The mission was boring but the setting was cool imo,much better than jungle#9357392, just throwing ideas for new locations.
Splinter Cell always beated MGS in this front imo, locations, in that series you have: jungle,urban,snow mountains ,facilities, military bases, desert terrorist bases etc, heck they even have a mission of infiltration in a freaking moving train.

Splinter Cell liked to globe hop though, MGS has always been in a single location so that's kind of an unfair comparison.

That being said, I did like the variety in Chaos Theory (the only one I played).

It would be nice if within each Phantom Pain map, there would be different varieties. Sort of like the mission where Snake rescues Kaz, he's in the desert but Kaz is being kept in a small village/base area. Just something to keep it from being too much of the same. Give us reasons to want to replay the same map.
