Speaking of tea, any other tea drinkers here? You know, like real hot tea. My friend got me into tea and I've been an avid tea drinker ever since. |

Yes. I still have some Earl Grey and Green Tea with Mint left over. Unfortunately my taste buds have been really spoiled by drinking really expensive tea imported from China..... No Green Tea will ever even touch how amazing that tea was. ![]() Jasmine green tea sounds really good right now. |

I've tried drinking sweet tea, but couldn't. It has to be certain tea otherwise I can't drink it. |

Nice. I like Earl Grey. Today alone, I've had Masala Chai, Nilgiri black tea, and Sencha green tea. You can buy loose leaf tea--I assume it's imported--at the supermarket near where I live, so I guess I'm good.

I haven't tried very many varieties, Green Tea is definitely my favorite, hot or cold. If it's a hot day I'll brew some hot tea, throw ice in it and enjoy. I like my tea really REALLY strong and bitter. I can't buy loose-leaf tea anywhere around here for some reason I might just have to order off the net. |

I'm on the fence between black and green tea honestly. Can't say I've ever tried my tea bitter or cold though. I dunno if I like the idea. The first time I tried brewing green tea, it came out way too bitter. :X2 That sucks you have to buy it online, that can be expensive. @Roger - I was the same haha. You don't get used to the names once you start picking them out at the store. As far as I know, there are 4 or 5 main types of tea: green, black, white, herbal, and oolong (not sure if this counts). And then all of those have subtypes. Edited by Bames Jond, Feb 9 2013, 05:40:10 AM.

Never delved too deep into hot tea, love iced tea and Arizona though. IMO the best Arizona was half green tea and half apple juice, it was fantastic but I don't think they make it any more. Either they stopped making it or the stores I go to just stopped carrying it, I haven't seen it in probably two years. But I also love their sweet tea, and Arnold Palmer (especially the Arnold Palmer that's the sweet tea mixed with pink lemonade). I am a hardcore coffee drinker though, usually several cups of black coffee a day. I tend to go with dark roasts, but the recently-released Starbucks blonde roast is actually spectacular (specifically Veranda blend). I always mean to go to a "fancy" organic store or something like that to find some really nice independently roasted whole bean, but I usually get lazy and just get a bag of Starbucks Veranda or Sumatra blends, or Dunkin Donuts original blend (which is actually very good for $7). I'm not much of a coffee drinker honestly, don't really like the stuff. I would say I drink too much Brisk lemonade or anything made by Brisk. |

Eh I never got into coffee. It does smell great, but it's an acquired taste and I don't want to get into the habit of drinking it because I don't want to need it. I hear caffeine withdrawal's pretty awful. I mean, sometimes if I want some caffeine in the morning, I brew up some black tea, but I never use it as substitute for breakfast. And I haven't had lemonade in years. Drank the stuff all the time when I was younger. Edited by Bames Jond, Feb 9 2013, 05:58:41 AM.

Lemonade is the best. Even though most drinks are packed with shitload of sugar. |

Well snacks don't have to be snacks in the traditional sense, like something you would pack in a lunchbox. Edit: I sound like a moron now. Edited by Heretic, Feb 9 2013, 06:07:35 AM.

When it comes to drinks, beer is, in fact, the best. Especially stouts and porters (and coffee stouts!- like the best of both drink worlds brewed into one heavenly libation!) though I used to be a big IPA drinker. |
