I had a burger today that came from my local grocery store's meat department, they're these thick juicy burgers with bacon and cheddar in the patty. So I cooked that up and of course fried some bacon at the same time to put on top. Yummy. |

Yeah, string cheese and, yup, that is a Slim Jim. ![]() Speaking of burgers, they had become my "weekend meals" for about six months. It's been two weeks since I've had one. The ones I eat are mad good because they avoid utilizing antibiotics, among other craps. I love to put lettuce, mustard, ketchup, cheddar cheese, onions and...pickles.. Never tomato. Never mayonnaise. **It's a good this topic was renamed. It's better that way. It covers far more. ^^ |

No tomatoes? Tomatoes are incredible. They're a must for appropriate sandwiches IMO. When I eat veggie burgers, they need onion, tomato, lettuce, pickles, ketchup, and some kind of salad dressing to make it interesting. Hell, even some hummus goes on pretty nicely. Also, I've had tacos everyday for the last three days now, but I'm not tired of them. |

That's exactly how I eat my burgers. I usually put a little spot of ketchup on my plate to dip the burger in as well, lol. @ Bames Jond, I hate tomatoes. I'm eating chocolate cake at this very moment. |

Probably because they put a bunch of shit in ketchup to give it its flavor. Also, I get the feeling that a lot of people are turned off by how liquidy tomatoes are. |

AMEN TO THAT. Ketchup is primarily like..saltier or something. The additives.. They are magical but can be quite a downfall for other things.. There are a ton of examples in foods like that.... I cannot think of at the moment surprisingly , where I hate the "parent ingredient" but love science's invention! xD Tomatoes have a very appealing color.. Mad red! But..when I take a bite from it, yuck! It's that liquidy property of theirs! People who like it tell me it's just like water. NO IT'S NOT! Water is..pleasant. This thing is a mixture of bitter with sweet and salt.. I just can't describe it!! >.< Also, BLACK OLIVES ARE ANOTHER THING I DETEST!! I totally had to CAP rage on that one. YUCK, EWW, NASTINESS! ..Green olives are like 1% better than black olives but they're still bad! .........Olive oil, however, makes a good salad dressing! Ooh! There's an example of the phenomenon I addressed earlier! |

One of these days, I'm going to try eating a tomato like an apple. But I know what you're talking about though. Chocolate is another example. Most people wouldn't be so crazy about it if it weren't for the additives IMO. Black olives are great too. I had some in my tacos today actually. They're good on pizza too. |

Noooooooo, Bames! xP No eating tomato like an apple! >.< .........But lemme goes how it goes after you experiment. Last year I tried organic dark chocolate for the first time and I was like.. sitting there waiting for the "sweetness" to kick in but it never did! xD It wasn't bad. But it wasn't it amazingly good. ... I have never thought of olives in tacos. I am officially mindf**ked for the night! And, Web, when I was ranting about my hate toward them that's exactly what I was thinking, how I NEVER add them to subs!!! ...My mother does. Ugh! And you see, pizza....it's a little bit different. If my pizza is combination, I can even eat mushrooms and some black olives in it. But other than that, nope! If I were to specify the condiments, black olives would be at the top of my "Exclude" list. xP |

Pizza is my only known way I can consume those dern things.. Aaaaaand it dependssss on what mood I'm in! If I'm willing to "do something different" or "avoiding routine", then ok. But.. mushrooms like..in their raw form.. I AM TOTALLY NOT interested in ever trying! I can just tell! The way it looks at me.. it dictates "I will mess up your tastebuds." No. I can't do it. I won't do it! ..Another vegetable everybody hates on is broccoli! Any broccoli lovers here? I love them! But..they gotta be well done.. Like, they have to have a salty taste. The way some people may serve it tastes wayyy too watery. I don't like that. I also like to add a little bit of BUTTER to them. My grandmother hates those things (and she has never ever really tried them xP). She judges them because they look like a tree. *Other people have told me the same thing. I over-indulge on those dern things!
