You see, somebody told me that one, but.. I didn't dare to try it because while I'm eating something salty, I can't just..suddenly mix it with something sweet! It has to be "one flavor at a time" for me. :hmm:

I'm eating Frosted Flakes right now. Breakfast of champions. Fuck Wheaties (nah I like Wheaties too :D)

Most likely I'll be eating more chocolate pudding after this.

There's tons of ice cream in the freezer though. A milkshake sounds amazing right now.

Yeah dude, I've got plenty of vanilla ice cream, plenty of chocolate and plenty of strawberry for pretty much whatever type of milkshake I want. I also have enough milk to make it as thick or thin as I want (nice and thick though).

Yeeeeeeeeeess! That makes me feel better.
I eat them like.. twice a year, by themselves.
But when I eat burgers or some salads I may include them. ^^

Unfortunately I can't seem to gain any weight no matter what I do :(

I know it probably sounds like I great thing, but I hate it. Always have.

But I guess it's good that I can literally eat whatever the hell I want, however much of it I want and any time I want without having to worry about much. I just want more weight. I feel too skinny.

My favorite "snack" I guess would be lemon slices with salt and pepper on them. If there is no salt, then sugar. If no sugar then just the lemon. It's hell on my teeth though so I should stop...

You just must have a super metabolism. As far as I know you work out and stuff so that contributes.

I feel and see myself fat, but I'm told I'm not.. It's strange. And I'm not that heavy! I'm actually..underweight. :O But, whenever I eat to the point that I feel like I've gained ten pounds, I've only gained about four.. and lose them by the next day. o.O

Careful! Too much of stuff can be toxic.

Oh I try to drink milk to rebuild my bones and whatnot LOL fail right? But I got into the habit of eating lemons when I used to work at Red Lobster (Sea food restaurant). I got absolutely no break minus like a whole 5 minutes to take out the trash and smoke a cigarette. I worked in a small town so we got no food break all day if we worked in the kitchen. I would sneak salted lemons ......................... that's actually quite pathetic now that I think back at it. But the habit stuck indeed.

I tried gaining weight once (Muscle not fat lol). I drank this powdered protein shake which tasted absolutely horrible and it did nothing for me. I don't know if that's just me, but I wouldn't recommend you guys try it... the cheap stuff anyhow LOL. But I can usually eat however much I want and won't gain much weight at all. Unfortunately I have a hard time gaining muscles as well. If I could afford it I would eat the fruit smoothie power bars as snacks. Those are amazing.

I actually don't work out at all. I just spar, lol.

All girls think they're fat. It's a disease.

I have the opposite disease. I always think I'm overly skinny.

Edit: @ Lucent, I was on a protein diet for a while a long time ago. I was eating 6 small meals a day (the appropriate amount of protein, carbs and good fats), drank 112 ounces of water a day, took multi-vitamins and omega 3 pills. Plus the giant protein shakes you're talking about. Used to drink 3 of them a day.

Never did anything for me. I gained a very small amount of weight, like 7-8 pounds, then I never gained another ounce. I've got muscle the way I am now, I just want a little more mass on me.

I really think it depends on your physical make-up. I know some people may seemingly totally bloat at such intakes.
I should definitely work out.. I haven't been really physically active for months now. At least walking or something. I wish I could gain the weight that I'm "missing" with muscle! But.. working out is a mental challenge.

Well, it's still a physical activity of some sort.

I think what keep me in "good shape" are the snacks I indulge..occasionally: APPLES. :D ..Fiber.
