Here's my objection, a bit, with Asian food: I'm really careful because they tend to be veeeeeery salty.
Hahahaha! I know about the being blown by the wind part! About a week ago we had some high winds going on and, damn! The wind would almost smash me onto the wall. Ugh!

I wanna say my preferred meat is turkey! :D But my most common and "solve-it-all" is chicken. ^^ GRILLED chicken! But, if we'll talk about grilled stuff.. grilled PORK CHOPS are the mess! If there are any left overs (rare!) they'll become my snacks.

I would soak my food in soy sauce or fish sauce all the time. Not sure if that sounds gross to you guys but yes we love salty foods for some strange reason.

I have never eaten pork chops... ever. Pork has become a rare thing for me to eat just because chicken and beef is so easily accessible lol

OH that reminds me. PORK RINDS!!! Ugh this topic reminds me how much of a fatass I am.

I weigh a grand total of.... 105 lb?
Hell no! Thats 7.5 stone, 47kg!!

Think I'm around 250lbs.

And was funny reading about your protein shakes. Just having more protein won't do anything unless you are exercising to use it. Folks at the gym already have enough protein in their diet for the weight they lift, 9 times out of 10. So it's funny to see them pay £20 a month for powders and stuff that isn't doing anything for them whatsoever. You need to be on a stringent diet and exercising hard to go through the amount of protein that a few steaks a week or average meals can't recover.
Have you seen the price of whey since the government put on the VAT? Jeez! A Tin of tuna provides so much protein and the home brand value stuff is dirt cheap and just as good as the MASSIVELY overpriced stuff from John Wests and Princess. Carbs are just as important pwo, a lot of people neglect that.
Yes mate, I got a voucher off some powder company, Maximuscle or something. But I'm going to start just having a tin of tuna. I already drink a pint of milk after going to the gym, and on days when I don't, milk is also under rated.

Yes carbs, I've cut them down but still have enough. Especially for breakfast, granola and yoghurt!

@Webbie: Oh ok, that's some strange biology going on dude.
I skip breakfast. Intermittent Fasting all the way! But yeah milk is great. I always have porridge PWO (fucking love porridge) so milk is essential.
Whaaat!?

I can't talk, only had breakfast discipline for a week. Kicks off metabolism well, and I feel better for doing it already. Get it done!

I want to try venison! Good for nutrients and all, and it sounds like a tasty meat, venison..... mmmm.

Don't give me that "three square meals a day / six small meals a day to keep the metabolism stoked" spiel. Pure broscience, bro.

You're so wrong. Pickles and/or relish are good at times. Not always, but at times.

They're amazing on subs :)

@ Lucent, chewy bacon.

Not having pickles available at all times should be against the law! I know people who are the same way, and strangers ordering at restaurants "no pickles". What's the matter with pickles!? And mustard!?? I gotta have it! I like the juice of the pickle adding even more flavor to what I'm eating!!

...And I'm trying to eat pickles as snacks but they're not really appetizing at the moment.

...Chips Ahoy, anybody? Anybody?

Chips Ahoy? I remember those from when I was a child. Pickles? Why not Peanut Butter and Pickles with a slab of jam?

Chips Ahoy = greatest cookies in the face of earth!!

...Negative! Peanut butter is veeeery restricted for me! There are only two ways I can consume it: frozen with extra milk, and in some candy bars, and not very concentrated. That's it!
So I don't like peanut butter and jelly sandwiches, either!! Ugh! Yuck! :S

^ This. ^ I would've died long ago if I didn't have peanut butter. Not that processed Jiff stuff, but real peanut butter that's basically only made of peanuts and a little salt. Also, almond butter and cashew butter are amazing.

Nutella anyone? .... Sorry I had to ask. I eat nutella way more than I should. Peanut butter is good too, but if I eat too much I'll get sick of it and not want any for a few weeks.... I guess it's just that the taste is so consistent or something. Peanut butter jelly sandwiches are fucking amazing though, I never get sick of those.

Well I have to say that I don't think I've ever tried real peanut butter. :( Because I didn't there was such a thing as real and fake peanut butter LOL. I guess it's not that important.... I like jam/jelly better on bread anyhow.

A wise friend once told me that the rule of thumb is if there's more than peanuts and salt in the ingredients list, it's probably fake, processed shit. Hydrogenated oil is the big no-no ingredient you'll find in Jiff and all that stuff. Peanut butter's supposed to be healthy, but that stuff makes it bad. I'm a fan of jelly, jam, and preserves. Strawberry jelly's my favorite. Put a few slices of banana in your peanut/almond/cashew butter and jelly sandwich and you've got a formidable snack.

I made/canned jam in culinary class in high school one time. Unfortunately I was absent the day everyone got to take a can home and they didn't save any for me. Greedy fucks. :guns2:

Anyone else here a fan of avocados? It seems to go good on almost everything for me, and it's one of my favorite vegetables.
