A group of rogue agents had taken a VIP as a prisoner and were demanding we (my government) hand over the nuclear codes. Sending in a team would have been too dangerous, so I was sent in alone on a search and destroy + rescue mission. All went to plan, except I was double crossed by a guy who used to be an assassin for the yakuza. Thankfully I managed to get out alive with the VIP, but that's another story...

My first thread was butchered. TheLastNirv had posted a "Hi, I'm new here" thread. Some guy named SolidSnoop I somehow remembered. Balis, SolidusSnake89 and KornFlakes were all over the Ground Zeroes announcement. Freeman was still new. And there was no such thing as Aragorn or Captain Jack Sparrow. Maybe I'll check out the October months...
