I completely missed that - thanks! That's pretty cool. I wonder what he feels about their destruction and how he will react when he finds that Big Boss is in full revenge mode. Edited by Rogue Agent, Oct 18 2014, 12:12:56 AM.

If he even shows up again. Was surprised to even hear him referenced in GZ. |

I'm with Max on this. Kojima has shoved down our throats the GZ event is driving his thirst for revenge. To make some event from TPP be the reason because he can't remember GZ would leave me feeling cheated. The deja Vu would just seem strange to me. |

Well, he must be out for some level of revenge from the start, otherwise Ocelot wouldn't say "We lose our chance of revenge". |

Speaking of the whole "collateral damage" thing (which is a great idea to help progress the downfall), didn't Kojima say that TPP would have a lot in common with Breaking Bad? |

Well, Kojima watches Breaking Bad (He finished Season 4) - he tweets about it and has some comparison tweets, but I'm not sure if he has directly stated that it would have a lot in common with that show, since he began watching it late into TPP's development. With that said, it will be interesting to see Big Boss break bad. It just has to happen. |

So I was on youtube listening to the Red Band trailer and some us were throwing around conjecture as to who skullface might be,when one guy said,"+Alex Anderfall(me) It'd be awesome if Skullface was actually a Big Boss clone attempt gone horribly wrong." What do you guys think neat theory huh? |

His reasoning was, because some of the dialog was similar to the stuff Boss says, phrases like "it's nothing to be ashamed of, pain gets the better of us all" |

I don't understand why Big Boss couldn't just have learnt it from Skull Face, back when they went "way back"? |

Could be a Phantom of Opera-type situation, where the Phantom could eavesdrop on private conversations and repeat them to someone as a way of screwing around with them. |

Or the other way around. One of the things I am most excited about is the relationship between Zero, Big Boss & Skull Face. I wanna see how that turns out. |

I was reading the questions awhile ago,and I noticed people were thinking Boss slaughtered those kids with the diamonds, but aren't some of them the same ones standing next to him when Miller, hits one with his cane? And also did the boss seriously stab himself with that guys knife? Look at the placement of his hands at 2:56-2:58 it seems to me he forced the blade into him not away from himself. Yeah if you look earlier in the trailer that scene is contained in, that same DD soldier is fighting another DD and once he puts him on the floor he draws his knife. The next part of that particular scene in the trailer is the event in question, so we can only assume that BB came in to stop the confrontation as well as teach a lesson to the soldiers by making the DD who drew the knife stab him. Basically he is projecting to the soldiers, "You hurt a fellow DD you are hurting myself as well." maybe even, "Why would you stab a fellow DD but wouldn't stab me?" |
