We have arrived.
Taken from another forum but it's fairly general and works well so I hope it will do the same here.

Last thing I bought just happens to be video-games. Play-Asia do special weekly deals which appear Monday evening UK time or so and I always leave some money in my account in case there's anything good. Got Metal Gear Rising for €18 and Sly Cooper Thieves in Time for €15. Not that I really need new games but prices are so good and I love Play-Asia.

I also bought a small cake.

I ordered Shadow Hearts as a birthday present for my boyfriend. The same day I bought a can of paint, new curtains and wallpaper for my bedroom.

The same day my dog mysteriously had dark purple paint on his back... :innocent:

A guitar string-winder.
Very good investment right there, especially if it also functions as a string-clipper. I got one of those a while back but funnily enough I still always end up winding them manually with my hands because I'm an old-fashioned fella I guess. With the clipping function alone I still view it as an asset overall though.

The DLCs for XCOM: Enemy Unknown. I got the game itself free as part of PS+ and loved it so much I decided to get the DLC. Prior to that... uh, cherry flavour Tic Tacs for myself and a new pet bowl thing for my cat. :P

Oh man tell me about it. Yeah I've got myself a solid quality, durable string winder with a clipper for a reasonable 15 bucks. These things are AMAZINGLY essential especially when, in the middle of a gig, your strings snap.

I can't count the times a string(s) snapped on me, and the winder/clipper saved me a crap load of time. It definitely made my life as a guitar player extremely convenient.
