So whats wrong with the story someone wrote? http://m.fanfiction.net/s/7460601/1/Metal-Gear-Xander I read up to chapter ten... At the bottom of the page, thats where it pretty much ends for me. Do not pass go, do not collect $10,000.00; just get up, raise your hands in the air, say "Done." and walk away. After ten chapters of Bloody this and Bollocks that and I don't even want to know whatever other common britt phrase they used... I can't review this on the site but if I could I'd point out my biggest issue with this entire story. Were I David Hayter and I'd read this, I'd get locked away for how out of character Snake was... No seriously, It's like they took James Bond, Captain America, and all mannor of formal speech, and dumped them into a paranoid blender set to Retarded then made the dirty lovechild of Stevan Segal and Gibert Godfried drink it and put on snakes sneaking suit with the persona of an idiotic Batman. Someone please tell me I'm wrong... Read this and tell me Snakes not so out of character that the writer should just 'cause after reading that I wanna just crawl into a hole and hide in my box...

Like, how your saying my thread is pointless because you don't share my feelings of "WTF AM I READING?!" gtfo As for the ten chapters, I read them because after things started to look the way they did... I just kept thinking, 'it can't be all bad...' then I had five more left and I came to the decision I need some more professional opinions... Lightning stuff Lightning, big fan, big fan... Seen you around, dig what you say... More to the point, how do you know you don't like if you don't read? The summery is promising, the setting paired with the event common in most other storys that cross over with that particular fandom are generally good. All in all it appears to be a promising fic and a good read... Well it was, until the 47th or so "BRITTISH SNAKE TALK" And no, not Parseltounge.... Sorry potterheads... The most important question on this thread however aren't the ones that've already been asked... Rather the question is, how many of you people have actually read the damn thing?
