I'm an avid paintballer and as I was playing TLOU multiplayer the other day I thought the FireFly uniforms would make a pretty sick variation for woodsball/ scenario games that I go to. Does anyone have any suggestions? I noticed there's some military flair like boots and kneepads and some vests (they look made up), etc. But I noticed the shirts almost look like dress shirts (?) and the jackets look like civilian coats (?) as well as some of the "scarves" they use around their neck. I even went as far to think that some of the DLC masks (battle mask and desert mask) resemble a paintball mask so I think it could be a pretty accurate representation. Does anyone have any suggestions to resemble the fireflies? I want to take some reference pictures of the FireFlies during MP to see the camo patterns, etc. Can anyone elaborate or suggest? -Thanks! |

Holy crap, people still paintball? I thought that was a pre-shitty economy thing. They seem to be dressed in any sort of shirt with a pale yellow tint. Windbreaker, flight jacket (maybe that's the armor), can't remember for sure but pretty sure I've seen them wearing regular t-shirts.

Yeah people still paintball. I personally don't think it's going to disappear or expand. I think it's stayed the same and always will stay the same as it is  From the picture you posted I know exactly what you mean. The windbreaker is a good suggestion, biggest thing is to make it not look "too yellow" so it'll have that FireFly vibe to it. I know there's a player model with a yellow scarf that only has that as it's yellow, the rest is a green jacket and tan fatigues and black jungle boots. I have all the items except for the yellow scarf and it didn't look right. I don't know if the knee pads and black arm band really sell that FireFly look? It's tougher to pull off then one might think. I'm unfamiliar with the camo patterns for the fireflies. I know there's a woodland-esque camo and there's a desert digi-esque camo but I do not know if those are real camo patterns of just made up. I'd like to know the best combination to get my point across. |
