The only thing better than the mgs games is the mgs foreplay we get from the trailers! Prepare to be teased, mislead, lied to, pumped up, stroked and worked up only to be told to hold on. But I do expect the end of the trailer to show a release date. I think metal gear online will be shown. And also I'm really curious as to what kojima is doing with mgsv that hasn't ever been done like he said. It's something that movies can't do and hasn't been done yet..?
I'm ready to be groomed, Kojima... be gentle hahaha

Kojima in his Twitter:
"Edit has come near to completion."
https://twitter.com/HIDEO_KOJIMA_EN/status/461747943171579905

Wow, that was fast. I'm guessing it's something meant for Kojima Station, not E3. After seeing this, I'm not expecting anything new or expectacular from this trailer. In the worst case scenario, it's actually a trailer of the Jamais Vu/Deja Vu DLC -_-
no way! Why would Kojima do a trailer for something that was already anounced and had a trailer before?!

But maybe you're right in this trailer being shown on Kojima Station instead of E3, but it's definetely something new. My money is still on an E3's trailer

I don't think he'd do any editing for the DLCs. Hell he didn't even edit the GZ launch trailer to begin with.

This doesn't mean we wont get a trailer for the DLCs, but i'd be surprised if a TPP trailer wasn't in the works.

That was quick. Wonder how long this trailer will be.

I don't think Kojima finishing the trailer means that it is unimportant or short. He is, after all, mostly editing together already existing footage, music, and sound. I can't imagine it would take that long to make, relatively speaking.

I see what you mean.

Well, I wonder where it'll release. E3's so far away and I don't think Kojima would talk about editing this early if it was meant for E3. But hey, there's a first time for everything, I guess.

Since I'm unfamiliar with editing trailers, can anyone tell me how long it normally takes to edit one, such as last years E3 trailer?

Are there any other gaming events from now until E3?
You too have known loss, and that loss torments you still. You hope hatred might someday replace the pain, but it never goes away.

I can see it's a pure story trailer because he didn't have a problem editing it like last year when he implemented some gameplay into the trailer.

With gameplay? A while.

With only cutscenes? The hardest part of that is maybe switching angles and coming up with a good song.

I don't think it takes him long at all either way.

I guess that either Kojima spent most of his days only working on this trailer, and thus maybe he finished early, or it might just be a story based trailer.

Thanks, by the way.

It would be nice to see some jungle gameplay, base building, and of course MGO. That's what will make it stand out at E3. I'm just really hoping for a release date. It will probably just say TBA 2015 or early 2015.
