With "Les Enfants Terribles" being the main reason that Big Boss breaks away from the Patriots and Zero. I'm curious as to what Ocelot's actions were at this time. As someone who worshiped and idolized Big Boss I would think he would be against this. But at the same time if he was one of the main components to the matter that would kind of put a crazy spin on the series.

It would also IMO make that last fight between Old Snake and Liquid much more intense. Considering that Liquid (Ocelot) would be a HUGE reason Solid Snake is even alive.

Throughout the games it would suggest that Ocelot was a HUGE part of the project. Being that he teams up with Liquid in MGS1 and Solidus in MGS2. It could be he was just doing the Patriots bidding. But who knows. I think it's pretty interesting.

Regardless if he was involved or not, I doubt Boss will hold it against him. After all, Zero is the culprit.

I'm almost positive he had no clue. Only BB knows if he put the pieces together. I'm sure Ocelot would have acted a lot different in MGS3 lol. As for BB being fine with it and forgiving him idk about that. Isn't this the major issue that pushed BB away from Zero?

Technically it was Big Boss's fault that his eye got shot out but I can definitely see them having a similar conversation over a couple of beers in a log cabin somewhere.

Then, they have a romantic evening and voila. The sons of Big Boss are born.

It's interesting that Ocelot hasn't lost or been deprived of anything, judging from the E3 trailer.

In a interview Kojima said that Ocelot was one of the few characters in the game who was not motivated by emotions like anger or a desire for revenge; instead, he's a more neutral character.

Looks like that from the captions in the trailer. "living a Lie" is rather different from "deprived of her Words", "robbed of his Future", or "denied his Homeland". It will be interesting to see how he ends up interacting with the emotionally and physically scarred BB and Kaz, who are out for blood.

No idea what Ocelot's involvement in Les Enfants Terribles project might be. On the one hand, he was loyal to Big Boss. On the other hand, he might have wanted more Big Bosses.

That's where I'm confused too. Ocelot idolized Big Boss he wasn't his best friend. Ocelot is a big picture guy so I think that he would be pro cloning, and might even be one of the main characters involved with it.

This topic hasn't really amounted to much so Ima say something crazy, I think cloning will be retconned.

Yeah these are my thoughts on the matter anyway. I think he had good intentions going into it like he wanted a new generation of superior soldiers to continue on when Big Boss died or was too old to fight.

I think Ocelot will find out that The Boss was his mother...and that might change their relationship in The Phantom Pain.
