Possible plot hint of MGSV

So, I was at Gamefaqs just now, and I saw this guy named Deekman propose a really interesting theory. Basically, it goes like this: Garbage, who made the song "Not Your Kind of People", also sung for the James Bond movie "The World is Not Enough". And the official synopsis of the for the film is:

James Bond uncovers a nuclear plot when he protects an oil heiress from her former kidnapper, an international terrorist who can't feel pain.

Do you think Kojima is subtly hinting at one of the plot points of TPP?

I don't think that Kojima would go so far as trying to replicate other movie plots. Most likely that song is selected because it fits the theme of trailer where it was in.

I'm not saying it's replicated. I'm saying that the plot might be similar, specially with the nuclear plot and terrorist who can't feel pain.

What Kojima is trying to replicate is his original vision for a stealth game...
I would feel real trapped if I didn't know that I could commit suicide at any moment...

Yey, another James Bond parody in Metal Gear ;) It makes sense, the actor of the main character has changed too....

He mentioned something interesting... Konami, they claim that what they're doing in Casinos are the missing piece... money, to surpass video games.

Okay so I got a completely legit theory; y'know how Big Boss doesn't like James Bond? Since he's all fictional super spy etc And you guys know SkullFace mentioned "Me and your boss go way back", implying they've met, or atleast know eachother.
What if SkullFace is wearing a super spy mask and is actually James Bond; and at some point of TPP that's one of the super twist reveals and also another reason why Big Boss really goes overboard with the craziness and child soldiers etc. Because that dick James Bond f*cked him over again! First he made movies making people think spies had all these gadgets, and were all fancy and awesome; and now he personally blew up the base. That's a step to far.

In all seriousness though; that synopsis is probably about as close as they'll get story wise (minus James Bond) and I don't think it'd be too far fetched that Kojima would reference something like that, it fits too perfectly.

What James though? Connery or Moore? I'd kill Moore any second. ;)

yah, No need for an over the top 007 theme again, MGS3 had a bit too much bond for my liking, but it's still my fav in the series to this day. That new trailer sheds so much new light, I really don't see any bond overtures this time around. I am definitely getting a movie vibe though, but I like it.... I like it a lot.

The synopsis is too good to be coincidental as kojima is known to take a lot of inspiration from films and movies.

How was MGS3 too Bond-like anyway? Except the Intro and Theme...
