Nah Bladewolf literally just trashes the game and has stated numerous times how he dislikes it If he hates it so much, why keep coming back to something you hate? |

kojima is incredible! how the fuck have i not seen that?!
|
Kojipro really need to roid out the graphics, ignoring the fulton crap, they have the most dynamic gameplay in their hands, i mean, MGS2, MGS4 just stealed the show in their respectives E3, after all the talk and show, i felt this game is the most overlooked MGS game ever in a E3, it was practically missing in combat in awards and coverage despite the overhyped closed doors previews ( lets be real, this 30 min video doesnt show nothing groundbreaking in terms of gameplay compared to other released games like for example far cry). A more detailed game never hurts, even more in the wake of a new generation, maybe that is my problem, i was used to the games in this series being visuals showcases of their era. |

Still, though. I've lead many crusades against the MGS games post MGS2. ![]() Bladewolf@ eh but none of them suffered the curse of cross generation games. I mean you didn't see an PS1 release of MGS2, did you? For it being cross gen and the supposes scale its operating on, its not the best by a mile, but it still looks good. |

The world would be better without Snakes.

He hasn't seen all the awards The Phantom Pain was nominated for and won. Hahahahaha. He thinks it was overlooked at E3 when it was THE game of E3. Hahahahaha. |

Honestly, I thought Far Cry was a huge disappointment. Actually, every game showcased was meh to me, with the exception being No Man's Sky. |

Man why do people always bring the new Uncharted into the mix when hopping onto the graphics train? We saw a 1m cinematic scene that was said to be in-engine (Not actual gameplay, just in-engine). I'm not a Naughty Dog hater by any means and I'm sure they will deliver excellent results like always but come on! We haven't actually seen shit! Or in that case mentioning any unreleased game vs. a released one. The unreleased game will look better about 4 out of 5 times because they always show off vertical slices specifically made to show off the game AND most of the times anything shown off is in a compressed video that doesn't show the true quality of a game. @Bladewolf because I love hating on you, Farcry 4 didn't show anything new and "revolutionary" really. It's just Farcry 3 in the Himalayas. Same scripted events and QTE's, still looks pretty sick though. |

The trailer was purposely released the day before and gain more hype because of it. Is that why they released the demo soon after

Nah I still don't think this was THE game of E3. Shadow of Mordor, Witcher 3 and AC Unity really had me at this year's E3, MGS V was still a solid demonstration however. minimii@ in-engine kind of means its going to atleast look close to that quality. Sure vertical slices and all, but Naughty Dog never have that big of a difference in demonstrations vs release. |

Aside from showcasing some more of the newly developed Fox Engine and a completely new direction of the Metal Gear series then yes, Farcry 4 was just like MGSV. @Max, Yeah but you can't tell me any game's cutscenes look on par with the gameplay. Even Naughty Dog hasn't done that, it's pretty distinct in Uncharted (Can't comment on TLoU, haven't played it in awhile.). It's easy to say the game with only a cutscene shown looks better than a game showing off gameplay (cutscenes require significantly less resources than gameplay), and since the new Uncharted 4 trailer was only a cutscene should we even begin to be bringing it into graphical debates? Atleast wait for gameplay footage, any game can be eyecandy in a cutscene. |

TLOU had been downgraded insignificant in the graphics department but the gameplay mechanics and enemy AI was significantly better than the released game, so stop making ND as god sent and go back and watch the e3 demo for TLOU. I'm not hating on them, they are one of the best game developer out there but they are still part of the industry which require them to do this for marketing purpose ![]() Edit:
Totally forgot about that and I can confirm TLOU cutscenes were significantly better than in game graphics! Edited by ZetsubouNoNnoitra, Jun 28 2014, 12:23:39 AM.

...The AI wasn't downgraded. Everything in the E3 demo *the one with the shot gun shot to the face, right?* could be done in the game. TLoU's AI, human and Cordycep, was pretty great. They worked together, they flanked, they reacted to your state *do you have a gun, do you have ammo, etc* Only thing I wish they worked on is the human shield, which easily gives you a free head shot or two if you know how to exploit it, not too much of a biggy though. |

TLOU is agreat game no one said otherwise but I disagree with you. Although some of you might consider GZ a demo but I had more fun in it than TLOU. Just my opinion but bear in mind I've finished TLOU 3 times and played around 200 hours in its MP!! Yeah I like it that much but still GZ is more fun to play ![]()
Just go back and watch the demo ![]() Edit: I'm not saying TLOU AI is bad though
