Wasn't Python the guy that predicted BB would make an appearance in MGS4?
I've read that but haven't seen evidence of it, it's hardly an original thought anyway.

look at some posts from 2005:

I'm surprised this was going on as far back as 2005. I used to not roam any fora back then because I didn't own a PS2 (to play MGS3) and tried to avoid as much spoilers of the game as I could.

How come so many people already had a clue? Trailer?
You know what. I remember David Hayter talking about how cool it'd be for Solid Snake to meet Big Boss way back while they were making MGS4. He was saying something like, "I don't know how they could ever do that though."

Also: How I imagine the Hospital wake up scene in TPP if we start picking and choosing canon.

Yeah I remember that it was on an old KP podcast! I don't think Ryan said much in response to that, at least one of them must have known about it.

Yeah... well see that's why I still have hope that Hayter's in TPP somehow. Maybe they all just kicked the lies and secrecy up a notch...

If he's in there, it would mean a time jump, and confirmation might give a big part of the story away. So in response to Korn earlier (in another thread), no, I can't just take Hayter's word for it... even though he may be telling the truth.

I never really felt like he's a bitter person, he's quite cheerful person everywhere from what I see. even though he joked about Kiefer being like "New Coke", it just kinda felt odd he chose that comparison cause the old coke just came back after.

He really sounds convincing saying he ain't part of the game in that new interview. Kojima also said he heard the people complaining about lack of Hayter, so he also does know how big of a deal it is for lot of people, I feel the way he handled that was more akin to "I know, hold on" than flat out "No, he's out for good". Solid might not be in the game, he might be a secret gameplay segment or later DLC content, but I still also feel that Hayter will stay as Solids voice, Big Boss needs a separate voice anyways if they are to meet at any point of the story.

Game is also just around the corner so I wouldn't be suprised if he tried his best to stay cool for little while longer.

I was talking about the Hayter interview.

I think it was from twitter, where Kojima said something like "about Hayter complaints, I've heard you". Not gonna go through his twitter searching for it though.

and yeah sorry for going off-topic.
