Hello, guys. I watched the E3 2015 gameplay again, and when the player analyzes the enemy stats through the Intel Scope, I can't help but wonder when I will actually fulton a soldier. Granted I have to research the Intel Scope to the point of having the analyzer, but once I get it, I might only recruit soldiers with an "A" or above to contribute to a particular unit.

What strategies will you all use?

All of my recruits are going to come from invading other people's FOBs. That should be a prime source for high level soldiers, assuming that other players actually pay attention to skills when recruiting.

I will upgrade my Binocs and fulton first so I can fulton more than soldiers...I want my Bear! The thing I like about the analyzer is that it kinda sets personal objectives to add on to the missions and free roaming. But I'll go B and above but also depends on the skill that they have.

Start off Fulton everything. Then once my place is full up go skill and high Stat hunting.

Fulton EVERYTHING and once full I'll fire those at the bottom of the lines who are the lowest stats. Then train the shit out of them all at least an hour a day

My priorities:

Fully upgrade Int scope to locate all the good staff members.
Fully upgrade intel staff so things I want won`t go unnoticed.
And fully upgrade fulton so I can get the shit I want.

When the motherboard is full in capacity, can you 'fire' number of your staff and replace them with better staff that you fultoned from missions?

Binoculars will be upgraded, Fulton's too, then I'll move on to anaesthetic weapons.

I will try and extract multiple people at once via chopper more than fultoning due to the low number of Fulton's at first and large cost.

When the Fulton's are strong enough I'll put them in Jeeps or vehicles and then Fulton along with the staff.

After I have a sizeable number of people in my MB, a decent number of Fulton's, as well as GMP, I will start to only recruit those with abilities I require, A ratings and the like.

I might do the whole F.O.B thing but that will only be after like 2 weeks and I have had chance to build up my defences and strategies.

Firts, fulton everything. Then when this stops being an effective startegy, start hunting for high stats soldiers/equipment only.

I'll fulton as many soldiers as I possibly can.
This is exactly how I plan on doing it.

When I get to a point where my army's filling up and I'm finding more skilled soldiers on the field I'll just keep fultoning and then get rid of the lowest ranked soldiers already in my army to make room for the better soldiers.

I Am The Hype

I'll stick to my "1st of every five lives" rule until I upgrade my binos. After I get stocked, survival is for the fittest. I planning on a lethal go in the first playthrough. Except for special characters like Quiet.

I'll only recruit soldiers with a really high stat and perhaps also an ability. So I have a smaller but more well-rounded team than I would have if I recruited everyone.

One thing I'll say since it's relevant to this thread, although it is a spoiler (to some).

I like this route. I will add that the soldiers I do recruit will be B or above and it will depend on what skill I need soldiers for. Unless there is no max number of soldiers you can recruit, then I will snatch everyone.

We have a finite amount of fultons right? I guess I'll just upgrade it to take vehicles and fulton 4 at a time by stuffing the guys in a car.

i'm fultoning only POWs, and all will be extracted through helicopter. high profile targets like that dude from the e3 2015 demo will get murked right from the start, if im hired by someone to perform a hit, then i'm performing the fucking hit. i hope the game doesn't punish you for not having a full/high level staff in the story related missions tho, that would kind of suck.
