Ground Zero's Data Transfer; Questions/Ideas on the data transfer

I'm slightly baffled as to what bonuses one will actually gain from the data transfer and what type of data from your game it will take.
For example if on my first playthrough I killed the 'eye and the finger' but on my last playthrough I captured them, will they be available to add to motherbase in TPP? Or does the data transfer even include captured/rescued NPC's? TPP is set 8/9 years ahead of GZ and it arguably wouldn't make that much sense if these individuals were still around and ready to be added to motherbase. Another thought is the idea that Hideo himself becomes a member of motherbase after the chopper rescue side op?

Maybe the transfer will let us revisit an updated version of 'Guantanamo ;) ' with a couple new side ops and new potential recruits early on in the game to give Ground Zeroes owners a headstart if you aren't in fact able to transfer recruited individuals from GZ to TPP.

Another point is, does anyone get anything more for a 100% completion? Would be quite a good incentive imo.

Does anyone know exactly how this will work, what data will be transferred to TPP & what bonuses/extras you'll receive?

I'm assuming if you extract someone once, you've got them. Regardless if you kill them on your best playthrough or every other time you do that mission. I'm making that assumption because it'd be weird if in TPP you lose motherbase staff because you repeat a mission and killed them. That would force players into extracting everyone every time.

Physical copies of GZ have a voucher. That voucher will give you unspecified mother base staff. Digital automatically gets that voucher applied.

Having the save data from GZ will give you the MSF sneaking suit. The save data will also give you mother base staff (likely who you extracted).

GZ save data may also let you return to camp omega in TPP.

“People who own GZ will be able to play a different mission(s) at Camp Omega in TPP. That’s the current plan. There’s something of a big feature involved. It’s never been done in the games industry before. So I can’t go into detail about it, but I think when you experience it for yourselves you’ll be surprised. It’s something that’s only possible through video games.”

I actually captured every marine from the Ground Zeroes mission but it doesn't seem like there will be any kind of reward beyond the P.O.Ws. Speaking of which how many are there in total.. I can't remember.

There is 7 POWs in the main mission including Paz and Chico.
There is 2 or 3 POWs in the Renegade Threat mission, plus the finger and the eye.
There is Kojima in rescue the Intel operative.
There is 2 POWs in the classified Intel mission plus Bald Soldier and Agent.
There is 4 POWs in AA mission.

Might just go through all the missions and extract all viable people, just to be sure
