As seen above my materials engineer is missing and I can't get a new one from mission 14 any help is appreciated . Edit the problem has fixed itself.

Allow that mission to "refresh". It should change back to a white color on the mission selection menu. When it does, you should be able to get your man back. After you do, go into the personnel menu and select that character for a direct contract to protect him from being removed by the game's auto-sort feature as you acquire more soldiers. To help it refresh, go back to the latest available "white" mission. For instance, as you scroll back, if mission 11 is the first "white" (non-grayed-out) mission closest to mission 14, do that one. That should make mission 12 white. Do that one and on and on until mission 14 is white. Hope this helps. |
