My therapist gave me some papers on how to relax when you're stressed or anxious, and they sat on my desk for quite a while until one of my friends said she was having issues and she couldn't relax, so I scanned these pages and emailed them to her.

The thought occurred to me that some people on MGSF might have trouble relaxing sometimes as well, so I decided to put them in a ZIP files and upload them just in case anyone here needs some help relaxing. I can tell you from personal experience, these techniques work. Give them a try sometime when you're feeling stressed. :3

Hmm, for some reason those methods weren't included in the booklet. :P

It is, that's why my therapist gave me these papers. I have an anxiety disorder and have occasional panic attacks, and the breathing exercise at the very least has saved me from losing my mind several times now.

I can't open because I'm on my phone right now, but this should cool of you Cat.

I often exercise, meditate focusing on something or walk when I'm anxious. Honestly I never play video games or something because when I do, I feel idle from the game and I just end up over thinking everything.

I use these techniques to sing, but they also help me to relax! They are good techniques to do, but you can be embarrassed next to other people, so you will probably do it alone.
Sorry about my English!! I'm from Brazil :)

Thanks, BC.
I can vouch for this powerful combination, with surround headphones + some lube.

I will check it out BC.

I tried this but just kept burning my penis. 0/10.

But in all seriousness, I'll check this out when I'm not at work (basically never, which is why I'm stressed haha). I've been looking for a way to relax that doesn't involve chemicals (ie nicotine, alcohol, pills etc.) so maybe something in here will help!

haha but it's true. I remember once a lieutenant in the army gave us a speech or more like a lesson, and in the end he said something like if you're not pleased then you can go jack it off and be happy again. :D he was referring to stress management or relaxation, hard to describe in words but it was fucking hilarious especially as it was forbidden to make any noises or move, just stand there emotionless in the form and listen. Of course everyone couldn't help but laugh more or less like little girls but since it was kinda intentional from him to make us laugh he didn't order us running. cool story bro huh.

Humming helps as well, same with closing your eyes and putting slight pressure on your eyeballs, also, firing all your extensor muscles, like stretching and arching backwards. That last is for parasympathetic activation, since parasympathetics are so closely related to extensors, and the first two for vagal stimulation, there are obviously others, but these are the ones I've found most convenient. Also, good to have vagal stimulation because:
