So I did a strength assessment and found out my legs are way disproportionately stronger than my arms or upper body. I mean, I weigh 91 lb. I can leg press 180lb (Fucking ridiculous, I don't know how.), aiming for eventual 200lb with time. 15 times in a workout session and not be sore. Stupid right? I can't even fucking lift 20 lb above my head 7 times. I can only do 30lb bicep curls if I struggle really hard. Pullups are impossible as well, I can't even get halfway.

So I worked out my upper body and arms for about 2-3 month along with cardio and legs. My legs have gotten stronger in the sense that the squats/leg presses have gotten easier. However, my arms show almost no improvement whatsoever!!!! Anyone have advice? I look online and the answers always "females naturally have more lower body strength, upper body just takes longer", but the imbalance is extreme and showing pretty much no improvement after months. I also haven't been able to gain any weight. I eat a lot btw, so what can be done to beef up and gain upper body strength if no results are showing and therefore, I can't increase the weight much? Should I just increase it to max and do less reps?

Nah.

Persevere with the pullups/chinups imo, there's nothing quite as good for general upper body strength.

Says the guy recommending literally nothing but "eat more meat" hahaha don't wanna go all Vegan propagandist on your ass here but the nutritional requirements of bodybuilders and athletes and to make "gains" on your torso is achievable without meat fam.

Context as to why "eat more meat" isn't the key to athleticism: white meats have been shown to have links to fats being stored for longer in the body and contributed risk of heart disease.
