Looks like a pretty solid workout to me. The only thing i would change is doing shoulders mainly on legday, cause you'll have more strength.

Makes sense, doing chest before shoulders leaves me not doing as well of a workout with shoulders.

Yeah just make sure your brotein intake is up to par and the gains should just come flying towards you. I try to lean bulk, now that's a different story.

You dont need to go zero-carb unless youre trying to compete for a show lol

Keep carb intake below 100g a day n youll do fine

The only differences between my cutting and bulkig diet is carbs. I get my carbs thru a combo of oatmeal and peanut butter and i use a mass gainer to finish what i cant reach thru that (my carb goal on my last bulk was 600g). Bulking is harder than cutting :(

I'm doing SS at the moment and I make up the calories with oats, peanut butter, yoghurt, and milk. As well as the appropriate meals and shakes.

I'm on a low carb high protein diet, I haven't cut out carbs completely. I mainly just eat brown rice + chicken breast.
