Yeah, they don't last long haha. I've been training my back 2x a week and I've noticed drastic improvement. I noticed my lats are getting bigger ever since I started doing weighted pull ups with chains. I also incorporated trap workout with my back workout so I added shrugs to the bunch.. Great idea. |

I got a preworkout that boosts the pump, wich kinda works. Normally I get a pump only once when I start training, and after a week or two nothing happens anymore, but this time I get pumps on a consistent basis

The reason why you don't get the pump on certain days is because you've overworked your body on those days, so you depleted all glycogen(glucose storage) which gives the pump to the muscles. |

i liked GAT supplements PMP for a preworkout/pump booster. eventually just was using the non-stim version, but right now the only supps i take are protein and fat burners |

Bodyweight exercises are more of an endurance training than anything and maybe little strength but it's not gonna make you massive. |

Did squats Tuesday. First legs effort in the gym for 2 years, started on the bar to get form. Put 40kg on for 5 reps. So 60 with the bar, added 10 for 5, added 10 more for 3 sets of 5. Then 10 off for the last 2 sets of 5. Was just trying them out but got 80kgs going, form was good on the back, I was swaying over the right knee a bit. must be a weaker leg slightly, that's why I dropped 10 off the for last 2 sets. Was doing 110ish back when I was gyming regular and building up, so rugby must have kept the strength up a bit, happy with 80kg for now, will stick around there until I'm not leaning to one side slightly during the extension. Legs are still sore as for the 2nd DOMS day though, love it. |

I took the plunge I'm on day 5 of ligandrol @ 5mg ED. Stacking it with creatine, since LGD does not make you retain water and I want to get huge and full during this 8-week bulk. starting weight was 227, currently at 229 already, could just be water retention from the creatine but not sure, either way i def look fuller and harder. energy is through the roof, recovery is insane, mood is positive af. When I train arms I start with OHP, light warm-up and then 3 sets of 3 reps. Then I do dumbbell hammer curls, normal dumbbell curls, maybe some pronated curls on the cable machine and lastly I do triceps push-downs, all of them 3x12. The reason why I go low on the triceps excercises is because I also do bench press on another day, along with other pressing movements. |
