Ligandrol log entry #2 i think End of week 3. Weights up to 240 going to bed waking up 235. Allowing for 5 or so lbs from water/food, thats 2 lbs gained a week so far, which is what the studies reported. Seems to be on track. LGD makes me hella hungry so Ive been eating alot, not as clean as I should but no noticeable gains in fat (just the aforementioned water holding which is probably amplified by rhe creatjne as well). No real notice of any benefit from animal's M-STAK, but its only been a week on that. Strength is up on pretty much every lift. Bench is up to 275 At this rate i should end up with an ending weight around 248(!!!!) after which ill probably get off the creatine and see how much water i lose/weight i keep Edited by Tom Cruise, May 31 2016, 12:16:05 AM.

Soooo idk if I've asked this already in this thread, but is anyone here a bit knowledgeable on pre-workouts? As of now I'm using Gnar Pump, and despite it being supposedly underdosed I respond quite well to it. I was wondering if there's any other good low-dosed pre-workouts out there. What I'm looking for is better endurance and a good pump. Cba with increased alertness. Don't recommend stuff like Mr. Hyde or Jack3d though, that shit probably would leave me sleepless for three days straight. |

that bloated gut pic is not from an actual IFBB pro the gut thing is from guys hilariously overdosing on drugs like HGH insulin IGF-1 and eating too much carbs aight so LGD report over all i started at 227 im currently at 247 post cycle. delts grew dramatically and my strength gains were incredible. at my peak I incline benched lmao3pl8 for 2 reps Spoiler: click to toggle will definitely be doing another cycle at a slightly higher dose starting october |

![]() That's not IFBB pro? You sure? To me it seems like what Arnold was talking about, aesthetics is gone. Almost everyone have too much gut from hGH, and some of these end up with that palumboism "disease", limbs shrinking and gut getting even bigger. Palumboism, named after Dave Palumbo. You must've heard of it. http://worldhgh.com/hgh-gut-and-palumboism-facts-and-myths/ "Palumboism – rare phenomenon of unknown origin, leading to distended gut and atrophy of muscles, especially limbs (legs, arms, etc)." here's an extreme case IFBB pro. ![]() Another popular example is Greg Kovacs, he was Canadian IFBB. ![]() What drugs are you taking? I'd love some T for various reasons/great effects and hGH for recovery but maybe when I get older 8-) |

the gut is real, i just meant that pics thats most famous is some youtube dude who is famous for having a bad physique. hes not the poster boy for palumboism or rather shouldnt be. i know the gut is real, and a real problem. arnold has merit in what hes saying a lot of guys are hilariously overdosing on drugs. no need for all that im just on ligandrol right now. im going to low-dose test and dbol around the end of 2017 |

I've decided to breathe a slight mist of life into this thread Just recently gave cutting a try, did about 3 months of it but couldn't get a lower bf% after a certain point so I did 2 more months with a fat burner from legion just to try it(called phoenix, I'd recommend it if you're cutting) and go some decent results with the same meal plan currently on a 4 month bulk trying to reach 175, then do a pretty hard cut following that |

MFW I saw Vegan Gains in my gym today. Of all the gyms in all the towns of the world, he had to walk into mine. I can confirm now that he's not as huge as he claims to be (I saw bigger guys in my gym, and it's a commercial AF gym), and on top of that he just looks like a really miserable guy. It was almost like as if he wanted to be killed by the bench press. He used the ladies bar for the bench press, by the way. |

I need some advice on abs yo. I do situps everyday but i'm not yet satisfied. I still have a bit too much belly fat too, but that should sort itself out, now that i've started running again. So anyone got some tips? |

Imo abs are overrated. But just keep lifting and mind your calorie intake. A bigger body uses more calories so that should make losing fat quite much easier. |

Abs are a matter of having low fat% not really about exercise as much as it is about what you do in the kitchen. |

I'm going to ibiza on 19 september, so I want my abs visible by then lol. I gained 5 kg in the last 4 weeks and it all went to my belly. I went from 85kg with acceptable bodyfat percentage and visible abs to 90kg with no abs left, due to not working out for 4 weeks cause of summer holiday and that combined with alot of beer drinking and bbqing. I decided to stop drinking beer for a while and i now basically live on water, milk and chicken and some nuts. Edited by Brera, Aug 24 2016, 01:47:58 PM.

Impossible. To have very clearly visible abs you need to get at around 10% body fat or lower, and that's only achieveable with very strict diets and a solid workout schedule. And if you can stick to that it takes a few months at least to achieve that. You COULD, however, go on a crash diet but you'd be burning muscle along in the process. This is what annoys the fuck out of me tbh. People think that you can get a complete six pack in just a few weeks because of false advertisement. They resort to doing crash diets and taking fat burners, and as soon as they get off that diet the fat just piles up again because the body needs to compensate. And if it doesn't work they end up being disappointed. One of the few reasons why I think six packs are overrated, and this one's probably on top of the list.
